Our Commitment
We want every customer to be satisfied with the resume they receive. Because CV AI PRO is a digital, made-to-order service, refund eligibility depends on the status of your order at the time of the request.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- Your order has been paid but work has not yet started.
- We are unable to deliver your resume due to a verified technical issue on our side.
- We failed to deliver within the timeframe stated for your plan and were not able to provide a reasonable explanation or fix.
In these cases, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
When Refunds May Not Apply
Because this is a digital service, refunds may not be available once work has started or the deliverable has been sent. Specifically:
- Work has begun on your optimized resume or related deliverables.
- The final files have been delivered to your email.
- The request is based on a subjective preference (e.g. font choice, color) that we are willing and able to address through the revisions included in your plan.
- The request is based on hiring outcomes — purchasing a resume does not guarantee interviews or employment.
In these situations we will first offer revisions, alternative versions, or additional support before considering a partial refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with your order details and the reason for the request:
- Full name used at checkout
- Email used at checkout
- Approximate date and time of purchase
- A short description of the issue
Send your request to getcvaipro@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve eligible refunds as quickly as possible.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Disputes opened without prior contact may delay resolution.
